If you can't cancel your subscription on Google Play, you might be using a different account than the one you used to subscribe to Selecta. Follow these steps to verify and correct it:
Open the Play Store App: On your mobile device, open the Play Store app.
Open Menu: Tap the menu (three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner).
Check Current Account: At the top of the menu, you’ll see the current username of your Play Store account.
Switch Account: Tap the arrow next to the username to switch accounts.
Select the Account: Choose the account you used to activate your Selecta subscription (if you’re being charged, your card is linked to that Google Play account).
Cancel Subscription: Go to Subscriptions and cancel your Selecta subscription.
