UNABLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION ON GOOGLE PLAY

If you can't cancel your subscription on Google Play, you might be using a different account than the one you used to subscribe to Selecta. Follow these steps to verify and correct it:

  1. Open the Play Store App:
On your mobile device, open the Play Store app.

  2. Open Menu:
Tap the menu (three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner).

  3. Check Current Account:
At the top of the menu, you’ll see the current username of your Play Store account.

  4. Switch Account:
Tap the arrow next to the username to switch accounts.

  5. Select the Account:
Choose the account you used to activate your Selecta subscription (if you’re being charged, your card is linked to that Google Play account).

  6. Cancel Subscription:
Go to Subscriptions and cancel your Selecta subscription.

For more help, you can find additional information on Google Play.
