PAYMENT ISSUES WITH YOUR CARD AND HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CREDIT CARD

We understand it can be frustrating when your card doesn’t work while trying to subscribe. Here are some tips that might help:

  • Insufficient Funds:
Ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover the subscription cost, even if you’re starting with the free trial month. If needed, add more funds or use a different card.

  • Incorrect Security Code:
Verify that you entered the CVV/CVC security code correctly. This three-digit code is located on the back of your card.

  • Card Not Enabled for Online Purchases:
Your card may not be authorized for online transactions. Contact your bank to enable it or to ensure it works with 3D Secure.

  • International Purchases or Recurring Transactions:
Some cards do not allow international purchases or recurring payments. Call your bank to check if your card has these restrictions.

  • Expired or Canceled Card: Check if your card is expired or has been canceled. If so, contact your bank to request a new one. The contact number is usually on the back of the card.

How to Change Your Credit Card

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Cancel your current subscription.

  3. Then, resubscribe using your new credit card.

It's simple! Just follow these steps and you'll be ready to keep enjoying the music.

Remember, you can also activate your subscription on Selecta through iTunes or Google Play if you prefer to use another method.
